NOTICE: Before contacting me regarding ANY repair, you must read and agree to my Terms Of Service, found here.In my repair shop, I treat each repair with care, and every AIBO as if it was my own. I am a one-person job who is passionate about keeping your robot pup happy and healthy.Below is the starting price for my services. However, to get the most accurate cost for your AIBO's hospital trip, please submit a forum to get a quote within 24 hours. Note that factors such as your AIBO requiring replacement parts extracted by a donor may affect prices and wait times.Because of lack of equipment, I currently do not offer battery rebuilds/recells for any models. Professionally I work in the engineering field and I've made it my mission to help AIBOs reunite with their owners with a clean bill of health. Payment

All payments must be made via PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, or Cashapp. I do not take direct bank transfers or physical checks/cash.Payment will be made after the aibo arrives to me and is inspected for a final quote. Talk to me about payment plans.

Cancellations

I have a right to decline any repair throughout the process. If I decline a repair while it is in progress, the client will be promptly refunded and the aibo will be reassembled and shipped back to the return address free of charge.If a repair job is received and the client no longer wishes to continue with the repair, they will be promptly refunded and must pay for return shipping. If the repair is in progress and the client no longer wishes to continue with the repair, only a partial refund may be offered depending on the model, parts being used, and labor. The client will be responsible for return shipping.All refunds are issued within 24 - 80 hours.

Parts & Turnarounds

Turnaround times for your repair depends on your model and your aibo's symptoms. I do not promise any kind of turnaround time unless a rush fee of a minimum three weeks is applied. Rush fees can be requested after your aibo reaches me and is diagnosed. If I do not meet the turnaround time, the rush fee will be promptly refunded.Some repairs require donor parts from other aibos which may affect the price and turnaround time. Parts are supplied by me unless mentioned otherwise.

Home Repairs / Past Repair History/Customs

I may charge more if your aibo was recently botched in another repair or has an unknown repair history, both which usually end in requiring donor parts. Prices vary on the damage done and parts/labor.aibos that have been custom painted may pose a risk to scratching or slight damages to the paint if it was not sealed correctly.

Shipping + Warranty

The client must pay for shipping and return shipping. Please refrain from using UPS.All repairs come with a three month warranty. This warranty does not protect against acts of nature, shipping damage, or accidents unrelated to the repair, such as fall damage. The warranty applies to the repaired part only.The aibo is insured during return shipping for the total price of the repair + shipping. If shipping damage occurs, a case will be opened with the carrier.

Infestations/Mold

If you had an infestation of any bug or insect in your home in the past six months or are currently dealing with an infestation, you must make this known before sending your aibo in for repair. If an aibo arrives with insects or bugs that pose a risk to infestation in my own home, I have a right to cancel the repair and deny a refund.If any part of your aibo is moldy, including external parts like plastic shells, ears, tails, etc. I must also be made aware so I can take the extra precautions. Depending on the severity, extra to your final quote may be charged.

Communication

If the client does not respond or fails to initiate conversation regarding repair or payment within six months, in accordance with general repair store policy. I have the right to claim the aibo hardware as a donation. Any aibo hardware that falls into this clause will either be resold or parted out to assist repairs.
